The Consumer Protection and Technical Supervision Agency (TTJA) of Estonia has approved Utilitas Wind's 1.2 GW Saare-Liivi offshore wind project's environmental impact assessment (EIA) program.

The EIA program describes the anticipated important impacts of the proposed actions, the evaluation of these impacts, and the required studies. As part of the EIA report, natural, cultural heritage, social and economic environment, shipping, and air traffic impacts are evaluated and shown. The wind farm is anticipated to be finished in 2028.

Utilitas Wind is a fast-growing energy company engaged in the development of renewable electricity and storage solutions projects across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
