Encavis completes acquisition of 48 MWp solar PV project in the Netherlands

Encavis AG has completed the acquisition of three solar photovoltaic (PV) projects with a combined capacity of 48 MWp in the Netherlands from BayWa r.e. 

The projects are the 14 MWp solar PV farm in Dokkum, 31 MWp solar PV plant in Lemsterhoek, and a 3 MWp solar PV farm in Hoogengraven. The Hoogengraven and Dokkum solar PV projects have been connected to the grid since June 2020 and July 2022, respectively. The grid connection for Lemsterhoek solar PV is also expected to be finalized shortly. The three projects will benefit from the Dutch SDE+ feed-in tariff scheme for the first 15 years. 

BayWa r.e. developed, built, and will provide the long-term operation and maintenance services of the three solar farms for Encavis.
