Endesa, a subsidiary of Enel, has won a project that combines the solar, wind, and energy storage.

Located in Pego, in the Santarém district of central Portugal, Endesa will install a 365 MW solar power plant, a 264 MW wind farm, and 168 MW of battery storage. The EUR600 million (US$660 million) project will also be connected to a 500 kW electrolyzer that will be used with surplus power that cannot be stored by the batteries.
