France's Engie SA and Germany’s Energiekontor AG have signed a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA) for the energy produced for a solar project in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Germany.
The 41.5 MW facility is expected to generate up t 45,600 MWh of energy per year enough for the consumption of about 15,000 homes.
The project is expected to be operational by 2021.
