The local unit of China's Envision Energy has completed the development of the 10 MW Garcia del Rio wind park in Argentina's Buenos Aires province.
The wind farm consists of four wind turbines with a height of 90 meters.
The project is part of the first round of the national renewable energy tender RenovAr.
