NordLB finances 20 MW San Paolo wind project in Apulia

NORD/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank has completed the financing of the 20 MW Italian onshore wind farm San Paolo. Located in the Apulia region, the wind farm will start operation shortly and feed renewable energy into the Italian electricity grid.

The project consists of four Vestas V136 wind turbines and one Vestas V126 turbine. With a total capacity of 20 MW, it will be able to supply around 18,000 households with electricity each year. The total financing volume for this project amounts to approximately EUR25 million (US$27.66 million).

NORD/LB carried out the project together with BayWa r.e. AG.
