Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners is an infrastructure fund management company. The company is founded and managed by the senior partners Jakob Baruël Poulsen, Rune Bro Róin, Christian Skakkebæk and Torsten Lodberg Smed. The four partners have substantial experience in infrastructure investments and M&A.
Copenhagen Infrastructure I is established in 2012 and is managed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. The limited partners (PensionDanmark) have committed DKK 6.0 bn (equity) for infrastructure investments in Europe and North America. Investments can comprise direct investments as well as equity and debt instruments.
