Alette Clean Energy has announced that it will build, own and operate the wind farm, following the signing of a 15-year PPA with NorthWestern Energy. Landowner agreements and design elements for the wind farm are already in place, with completion expected by late 2019. It will deliver energy via a direct connection to NorthWestern’s transmission grid
