Sonnedix Power Holdings Ltd. has completed its acquisition of independent power producer (IPP) Arco, a Chilean platform with 215 MW of utility-scale renewable power generation assets and 75 MW of distributed generation.
Sonnedix acquired the company from Arroyo for an undisclosed sum.
The agreement will allow Sonnedix to enter the wind power market. With the addition of 290 MW from Arco, the company's total capacity in Chile now exceeds 1 GW.
